About the Role
Lifecycle Marketing is a new function at Nourish, offering the chance to shape how millions of patients engage with nutrition care. As an early team member, you will build the program strategy, launch experiments, advocate for new capabilities, and establish a measurable growth engine. You will own the end-to-end patient lifecycle for critical moments, from conversion improvement to patient reactivation. Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering, you will design personalized, cross-channel interventions to drive significant patient outcomes. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity focused on building from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for key lifecycle moments, translating business objectives into programs that improve retention, LTV, and CAC efficiency.
- Own data and reporting to design and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests, build experiment roadmaps, maintain dashboards, and translate insights into action.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to ensure lifecycle is fully supported and integrated into the patient experience.
- Design and scale campaigns across email, SMS, push, and product touch points, building segmentation strategy, personalization frameworks, and journey architecture.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to shape the roadmap and align stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related high-impact function.
- Experience owning lifecycle programs that drove measurable business outcomes.
- Data-fluent and experimentation-rigorous, capable of driving analysis from insight to action.
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch and drive them through ambiguity.
- Impact-oriented, prioritizing based on business outcomes.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments, able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work well cross-functionally, building trust and alignment.
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or healthcare startup (nice to have).
- Hands-on expertise with Customer.io or similar ESPs (Braze, Iterable) (nice to have).
- People leadership or strong coaching skills (nice to have).
- Fluency with modern mar-tech stacks and engineering partnerships (nice to have).

About the Company
- Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
- Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
- Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states.
- Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
- In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
- We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
