About the Role

The Open Enrollment Specialist will represent Curative and lead educational sessions on benefits being offered to Curative clients, including new and renewed groups virtually and in person. This role coordinates with brokers and client administrators, working directly with sales and account executives to ensure clients receive the highest level of education on Curative plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants.
  • Coordinate and conduct Open Enrollment meetings, both in person and virtually, to ensure members understand Curative products and services.
  • Travel to locations for in-person or virtual meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Support the Care Navigation team in coordinating and promoting Baseline visits.
  • Provide feedback to assigned Account Executives/Implementation Managers to enhance communication tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills across a continuum of audiences.
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments.
  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners.
  • Punctual and Professional.
  • 5 years of experience in conducting OE meetings.
  • Detailed oriented with solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and Adobe.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • State Health, Life and Variable Annuity license.
