About the Role

As the AWS Project Manager, you will be the communication focal point between development/delivery teams and clients. You will manage projects, provide technical advice, and act as a consultant, offering suggestions to add value to clients. Your role is crucial in protecting client investments and ensuring team welfare, communicating both successes and failures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with their team and their clients.
• Manage the budget for all of their projects, constantly communicating with clients about the scope, timing, and remaining resources.
• Keep team members busy by helping them find the right work.
• Assist in documenting the design of the process for the contact center.
• Provide key assistance for transitioning from delivery to managed services.
• Help clients understand how the delivery team will meet their business goals and the costs around using those technologies.
• Identify tradeoffs between various solution options.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the contact center industry is a MUST HAVE.
• AWS ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience with AWS Connect is a huge plus.
• Experience managing complex technology projects in/for large organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with demanding clients in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum.
