About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-focused doctor’s office. This position offers an excellent work–life balance with daytime hours, no weekends, and no major holidays, within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, vitals, and clinical documentation
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatment plans
- Administer medications and vaccinations
- Conduct triage (phone or in-office) and deliver patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment
- Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Active RN license in New York State
- Strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills
- Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting (or willingness to train)
- Current CPR for Professional Rescuer Certification
