About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to serve as the central point of contact between our creative team, production partners, and project timelines. This role will manage project staffing, track timelines, and oversee production logistics, allowing creative leadership to focus on creative output.

Responsibilities

• Staff projects and track timelines.
• Run production, including booking crews and managing vendors.
• Keep shoots, print jobs, and digital builds on schedule and budget.
• Maintain a real-time view of team capacity (staff and freelancers).
• Staff new projects quickly and flag potential conflicts.
• Source, negotiate rates with, and manage freelance talent.
• Ensure project management tools are accurate and utilized effectively.
• Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery.
• Conduct status check-ins and update stakeholders.
• Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks related to budget, approvals, and availability.
• Manage video/photo production logistics, including crews, shoots, and post-production.
• Oversee print/physical production, including vendor relationships, specs, proofing, and schedules.
• Coordinate digital production handoffs and track builds through to launch.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in a creative producer, project manager, or traffic manager role.
• Agency or in-house, creative/marketing environment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience running production logistics in video/photo, print, or digital.
• Comfort negotiating with vendors and freelancers regarding rates, timelines, and contracts.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork).
• Experience with approval tools (e.g., PageProof) is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
