About the Role
Neara is seeking a Customer Value Architect to work closely with high-value customers, driving platform adoption, value definition, validation, and broader usage. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical curiosity, enjoys customer engagement, and can translate Neara solutions into quantifiable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong understanding and proficiency with the Neara software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers.
- Work directly with customers, including on-site visits, to drive platform adoption and ensure proficient use.
- Ensure Neara solutions deliver on contractual scope and identified business outcomes.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer strategic imperatives and business goals to provide guidance on Neara solution enablement.
- Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor, ensuring Neara solutions are fully embedded within the customer's business.
- Collaborate with customers to define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of the Neara platform.
- Engage a broad stakeholder audience within customers to build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to drive customer happiness, platform adoption, and growth.
- Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with customer goals.
- Identify emerging client needs and strategic opportunities to inform account strategies.
Requirements
- Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization.
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
- Experience in software engineering or other relevant technical experience.
- Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Strong critical thinking capabilities to translate customer outcomes to technical solutions.
- Strong external stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions.
- Skilled in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools like macros and various software languages.
- Experience within infrastructure, and specifically the energy sector, is a plus.
- Willing to travel monthly.
- Must have current and unrestricted working rights.
- Visa sponsorship is not offered.
