About the Role

Heidelberg Materials is a global leader in building materials, and this role is crucial for supporting our production goals by safely and efficiently operating loader equipment to move and load materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials.
• Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation.
• Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles.
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities.

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
