About the Role
This high-visibility role supports the SVP of Healthcare Analytics, managing financial stewardship, operational rhythm, executive communication, strategic planning, talent management, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution within a leading healthcare analytics organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital and operating budgets, track value realization and ROI, and build financial narratives for budget reviews.
- Run the recruiting pipeline, manage onboarding, organize leadership workshops, and maintain meeting cadences.
- Produce executive-ready materials, including leadership updates and town hall content.
- Partner on annual and mid-year planning cycles, including goal setting and progress tracking.
- Manage talent reviews, analyze engagement survey results, and support talent growth.
- Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and the broader Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization.
- Identify and resolve blockers, escalating to the SVP as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
- Expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications.
- 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience.
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to track ROI, measure value realization, and deliver executive insights.
- 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes (recruiting, onboarding, governance).
- Proven ability to drive execution and operational excellence.
- 6+ years of excellent written communication experience, with ability to develop executive-ready materials with minimal guidance.
- 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to drive results independently and without direct team support.
- Familiarity with a product-oriented way of working.
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
