About the Role
The Financial Due Diligence Manager is responsible for performing financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures, preparing detailed financial analyses, and interacting with top-level management to gather pertinent information. This role also involves using various software tools, collaborating with other functional areas such as tax and audit, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters.
Responsibilities
- Leads execution of diligence engagements.
- Oversees engagement teams and timelines.
- Manages client communication and issue resolution.
- Supports development of junior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–11 years of experience
- Transaction or diligence exposure.

Salary/Compensations
- $112,100 - $225,500
