About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow. The role requires executing 5-star customer service and fostering a collaborative community environment.
Responsibilities
- Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
- Control the flow of appointments.
- Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
- Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
- Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
- Execute 5-star customer service.
- Foster a true community environment for both patients and team members.
- Maintain manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations.
- Use computer keyboard 90% of each workday.
- Communicate effectively over the telephone.
- Read information on computer screens.
- Sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift 10 pounds floor to waist.

- Previous customer service experience.
