About the Role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow. Responsibilities

  • Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Control the flow of appointments.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
  • Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
  • Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
  • Execute 5-star customer service.
  • Foster a true community environment for both patients and team members.
  • Maintain manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations.
  • Use computer keyboard 90% of each workday.
  • Communicate effectively over the telephone.
  • Read information on computer screens.
  • Sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift 10 pounds floor to waist.
