About the Role

Ptarmigan Media, part of Omnicom Media Group, is a global leader in media services specializing in the Financial Services sector. We are seeking dynamic, forward-thinking individuals for our expanding New York office to drive innovative, strategic solutions for financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team on day-to-day tasks for full-cycle client campaigns, including planning, building, execution, and KPI reporting.
• Learn and activate media tools and software for managing digital buys.
• Participate in client and publisher meetings, with opportunities to develop presentation skills.
• Familiarize and perfect brand terms and nuances to showcase knowledge relevant to client business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends through trade news, current events, and training.
• Attend learning and development training classes to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.
• 3 months or more of business experience or industry internships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Professional communication and interaction skills.
• Proven organization skills and attention to detail.
• Solid team player with a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn and contribute.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
