About the Role

The Data & Tech Solutions team delivers modern agency services. This Director role leads the delivery of scalable data solutions to support account deliverables and collaborates with account teams to drive business impact globally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client business issues and propose solutions using marketing technology and data strategies.
  • Own end-to-end ETL pipelines for client and external stakeholder data delivery.
  • Assess the impact of marketplace evolution on data and technology infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps to address business challenges and maintain client leadership in data and technology.
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks and meeting client and agency needs.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with API partners.
  • Enhance operational workflows to align with business objectives, privacy rules, and data governance standards.
  • Plan, execute, and maintain automation strategies to improve deliverable timelines.
  • Maintain, validate, and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
  • Liaise with OMG IT to ensure system updates and functionality.
  • Present written and live documentation of tech stacks and ETL processes.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop technical skills.

Requirements

  • A university degree and 7-10 years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting.
  • Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required.
  • Previous experience with maintaining ETL data pipelines.

  • Marketing analytics and data ecosystems (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user level data)
  • Latest privacy regulation updates, current challenges, and security evaluations
  • Latest developments and offerings from data sources/partners
  • Shell scripting
  • Linux
  • PostgreSQL
  • Advanced Ad API familiarity
  • Cloud data platform experience (AWS preferred)
  • CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and monitoring tools
