About the Role

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is a veteran-owned, nationwide security company seeking an Armed Security professional. This role requires a high degree of personal responsibility, integrity, and a commitment to doing serious work that matters.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities.
• Investigate and report safety hazards.
• Conduct patrols in a company vehicle or on foot.
• Deter theft and vandalism.
• Ensure a safe and professional work environment.
• Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Provide body armor including tactical outer carrier, concealed inner carrier, 3a+ soft armor, and duty belt with MOLLE attachments.
• Provide OC spray, handcuffs, and baton.
• Provide own duty weapon with at least 2 spare magazines.
• Must have an exemplary driving history with no tickets, accidents, or marks against the driver's license for vehicle patrols.
