- Act as the connective layer between the marketing team, ensuring information flows clearly and priorities remain aligned.
- Serve as a key editorial checkpoint for campaign assets, reviewing content for tone, brand voice, accuracy, and audience relevance before final approval.
- Track content and campaign engagement metrics, surfacing insights to the Sr. Director of Marketing and recommending adjustments to improve performance over time.
Requirements

- Strong content instincts with the ability to review and refine AI-generated copy, social assets, and multimedia content for accuracy and impact.
- Hands-on experience with social media strategy, including platform-specific content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with thought leadership development, including identifying trending topics, coordinating with subject matter experts, and guiding long-form content from concept to publication, with a clear line of sight to how those assets create demand.
- Comfort working alongside sales, understanding the buyer's journey, and building content and campaigns that support prospects from first touch through closed business.
- Fluency with funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, etc.) and the ability to use them to prioritize resources.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and communicate proactively across teams.
