About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is an essential execution-focused role responsible for bringing revenue-generating campaigns to life through precise scheduling, creative production support and logistical coordination. This role operates at the intersection of content, design and administration, leveraging AI-powered tools to maintain a consistent and high-volume output across social media, events and marketing operations, with a clear understanding that the work exists to create qualified leads and open doors for the business.
Responsibilities
- Create on-brand visual assets including social graphics, presentation decks and promotional materials using tools like Canva AI.
- Support the tactical components of demand generation campaigns, including landing pages, forms, email sends and promotional assets, ensuring every campaign has a working path from interest to captured lead.
- Manage the social media publishing calendar for Newfire, scheduling posts across platforms, generating graphics using AI-augmented design tools and producing short-form video clips that drive traffic and engagement with target audiences.
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for webinars, trade show appearances and other marketing events, including registration coordination, promotional asset preparation, and timely post-event follow-up that routes attendees and interested prospects to sales.
- Assist with HubSpot data entry, list building and contact record maintenance so leads are accurately captured and actionable for follow-up.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, update project management tasks and ensure the team has the operational support needed to stay on schedule.
- Help compile campaign, event, and social performance data, including lead volume and source tracking, to support regular reporting on what is generating results.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications or content production role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of attention to detail.
- Exposure to demand generation or lead-focused marketing, with an understanding of how campaign assets and follow-up sequences work together to capture and convert interest.
- Hands-on experience creating visual content using design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Comfort working with social media scheduling and publishing tools, including a basic understanding of platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn and other channels.
- Interest in the commercial side of marketing and a willingness to learn how leads, opportunities, and bookings move through the funnel.
- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining shared calendars, tracking deliverables and providing status updates.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to follow briefs independently and flag questions proactively before deadlines are affected.
- Solid written communication skills with an eye for style and brand consistency.
- Experience supporting lead capture mechanics such as forms, gated content and email nurture sequences.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation basics, including list management and campaign tracking.
