About the Role
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for employees across Peoples Group, delivering exceptional IT support for devices, applications, Microsoft 365, and user access. You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting modernization initiatives, including ServiceNow enhancements, automation, asset management, and process improvement projects in a growing technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incidents by investigating problems and taking corrective action.
- Undertake root cause analysis for hardware and software related problems.
- Complete requests such as installing, configuring, modifying, and testing computer hardware like workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install and test software according to established procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance of computer hardware systems.
- Support a variety of Microsoft core services such as Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, CRM, and Banking systems.
- Create training and reference documentation for corporate users.
- Ensure that IT standards and procedures are adhered to.
- Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Requirements
- Experience working with a financial institution.
- Proficient with troubleshooting end-user computers and devices, and their OS.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to approach problems logically and prioritize responsibilities with minimal guidance.
- Support-oriented with the ability to provide clear and accurate instructions to users in a variety of situations.
