About the Role

The Finance Operations Analyst is a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting a variety of finance and operational activities. This role ensures the accurate, timely movement of participant and plan sponsor funds as well as providing analysis in troubleshooting issues related to a broad range of system and financial transactions. This function is crucial to ensure our daily processing and funding of transactions are executed properly, accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of daily financial processing tasks, including monitoring cash balances and investment activity.
  • Perform daily cash movement to ensure sufficient funds to pay claims and fund investment trades.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation of all operating bank accounts.
  • Investigate and action daily reconciling items between debit card vendor and the OneBridge system.
  • Perform adjustments within the OneBridge system for miscellaneous adjustments relating to the operations treasury function.
  • Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets relating to operating finance and cash management responsibilities.
  • Identify and investigate processing issues related to daily finance operations and follow up with the appropriate parties to complete the resolution.
  • Obtain and consolidate supporting documentation from the OneBridge System and reporting platform for requests to support Plan audits.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving and analyzing detailed information.
  • Comfortability to take initiative with various challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to communicate and follow-up to ensure resolution is complete.
  • High degree of organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness for professional development.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and financial platforms.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
