About the Role

We are looking for an incredible Customer Service Experience Representative to join our Contact Centre team for a 6-month contract. We are passionate about enabling financial freedom for all Canadians by providing a service that is caring, informative, supportive, accurate, and timely. Our goal is to be the best service experience in the world, and we hire people who love to help others, are kind, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, or chat on our products and services in an efficient, compliant, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, take initiative to find creative solutions that make each customer’s experience feel personal.
  • Act as the primary contact with the client with respect to the resolution of problems and complaints with deep empathy and a solution-focused outlook.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying, suggesting and actively participating in process improvement.
  • Understand and apply department operating policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have recently worked in a customer-facing role for over a year.
  • Experience supporting business to business to consumer (B2C2C) is a plus.
  • Experience in a digital company is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing hours and schedules.
  • Technically savvy, proficient with computers and technology.
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required.
  • Bilingual skills in French are an asset.

Salary/Compensations

  • $53,000 - $63,000 CAD annually
