About the Role
As a Vice President on the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team, you will originate, structure, and execute infrastructure finance transactions, focusing primarily on the Americas. You will assist with financing greenfield and brownfield projects across various sectors and leverage expertise across products, sectors, and markets to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, and equity and debt advisory, focusing primarily on transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US.
- Structure, negotiate contracts, conduct due diligence, manage consultants, and lead credit ratings processes.
- Oversee the development of financial models.
- Lead credit risk and other internal approval processes.
- Assist product teams in structuring hedging products.
- Work with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships.
- Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
- Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Existing infrastructure client and investor relationships and knowledge of the infrastructure industry and markets.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products including bank loans, bonds, rates, and structured products.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates deal team needs.
- Willingness to work hard and be a team player.
- Ability to juggle deliverables for long-term transactions as well as a busy day-to-day schedule.
