About the Role
As a Market Executive in Healthcare Services Emerging Middle Market Banking, you will lead a team of bankers in business development to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Middle Market companies. You will also maintain a personal portfolio, typically smaller due to management responsibilities, and oversee indirect staff including underwriting, sales support, treasury, and client service professionals. The focus is on Healthcare Services companies with sales between $20 million and $100 million.
Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships
- 3+ years covering the healthcare industry
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
- Creative solution and problem solving abilities
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to multitask
- Capable of managing multiple work streams and projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
- This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
