About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support Lift Rite Production and LFP Battery production. This role involves collaborating with a dynamic team, valuing innovative ideas, and tackling challenges with positivity.

Responsibilities

  • Use engineering and project management skills to analyze proposed projects, recommend equipment and/or manufacturing processes, procure development, and implement new processes.
  • Manage the delivery of projects to the agreed scope.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, manage equipment suppliers, and coordinate with internal departments for successful project implementation.
  • Interface with multiple organizational levels, from associates to executives.
  • Simultaneously lead multiple semi-complex to complex projects.
  • Participate as a key team member on large cross-functional project teams.
  • Manage external equipment and fixture suppliers for assigned capital projects.
  • Perform engineering tasks such as creating combination tables, value stream maps, work cell layouts, technical specifications, and supplier comparisons.
  • Lead design reviews and equipment testing events, and manage issue resolution.
  • Present project status to senior management and executive staff, recommending changes based on business requirements.
  • Stay informed about state-of-the-art engineering techniques, processes, and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience leading technical groups.
  • Understanding of motors, batteries, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with hand tools (precision measurement devices, torque wrenches, etc.).
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and carry out technical activities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player, flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Ability to present technical material to a technically diverse audience.

  • $65,440 - $106,000 per year
