Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain accurate member information in the database
- Prepare and process membership applications
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Provide information on membership benefits and services
- Assist with membership renewals and upgrades
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
