About the Role
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, including stamping presses, to minimize downtime and support production needs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including stamping presses, to minimize downtime
- Perform mechanical repairs on a variety of manufacturing and fabrication equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions to support production needs
- Set up and adjust dies in power presses and assist with die changeovers
- Troubleshoot and repair production tooling and dies as needed
- Fabricate, modify, and install machine guards and safety components
- Utilize machine shop equipment to support maintenance and repair activities
- Assist with large production runs and provide technical support to operations
- Support Engineering with prototype work, tooling modifications, and sample builds
- Design, modify, or assist in building basic tooling, fixtures, and machine components as needed
- Perform precision measurements and provide tooling-related data to Engineering
- Conduct form grinding and other machining tasks as required
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Math skills
- Ability to operate material handling and tools required to perform tasks.
- Must be flexible – OT and weekend are required as needed.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Salary/Compensations
- $23.00– $32.00 /hour
- Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
