About the Role

The Fibre Build Enablement team ensures build teams have the necessary materials and support for fibre footprint expansion across Canada. We are building flexibility, agility, and resiliency into our supply chain processes to meet build and marketing targets. We seek a project management and analysis professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, excels under pressure, and is passionate about solving supply chain challenges. Your analytical approach and collaborative spirit will drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support build partner teams by ensuring timely material availability for fibre network expansion.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in supply chain operations, including supplier risk assessments and vulnerability analysis.
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams (project, material, design, build) to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
  • Automate and enhance materials reporting systems for real-time visibility into material status and capital spend.
  • Proactively monitor material availability and shipment status against required dates to mitigate impacts to build schedules.
  • Partner with distribution and build teams to resolve risks.
  • Work with the master scheduler to plan activities, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Conduct analytical reviews to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of supply chain functions, scheduling processes, and best practices.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in complex supply chain or project environments.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated forecasting and vendor management experience.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) to present complex data insights.
  • Collaborative, self-sufficient, and highly motivated.
  • Track record of delivering results under pressure in dynamic environments.
