About the Role
The Conference Event Planning Site Lead enhances the workplace experience by establishing relationships with employee occupants and stakeholders, providing exceptional hospitality and concierge services. This role is responsible for onsite operations including marketing, campus engagement, communications, service coordination, and special event oversight. Knowledge of corporate office operations, on-premise amenity services, and event planning is necessary. The position manages a team of 5 associates.
Responsibilities
- Form relationships with key personnel, stakeholders, BU leadership, and functional leads across Corporate Services.
- Act as a Community liaison for business units to implement campus initiatives, projects, campaigns, and coordinate building-wide and BU-specific events.
- Create site and service roadshows to familiarize new employees with the working and amenity environment.
- Enhance the community environment by ensuring organization and cleanliness, working closely with Property Management and vendors.
- Resolve issues within the work environment, maintaining a contact list for technology, facilities, and security.
- Create a sense of community by developing and implementing promotion and engagement strategies for the campus.
- Plan and coordinate community events and engagements to support RTO initiatives and WPE programming.
- Contribute to marketing tools to ensure community awareness of promotions, new amenity features, and procedures.
- Develop concierge services for employees, providing information about local features, dining, and shopping.
- Conduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate and potential future issues.
- Create metrics, monitor, and measure the success of all program engagements and value.
Requirements
- Prior hospitality or event support experience
- Hospitality, event planning, and customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial management experience
- Technical skills (handling data, standardized reporting, visualization)
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
