About the Role
Join our warm, supportive childcare team as a Toddler Assistant Teacher! We are a NAEYC-accredited, Quality Stars-rated center located on a university campus, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education in a collaborative and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Assist with daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions
- Help foster a positive, nurturing environment for toddlers
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous daycare or early childhood classroom experience required
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred
