Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews for open positions
- Post job openings and source qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and pre-employment testing
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee personnel files
- Coordinate employee onboarding and assist with orientation
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and maintain HR records
- Track recruiting metrics, applicant flow, and employment activity reports
- Assist with employee recognition programs and staff training initiatives
- Provide administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Human Resources certification preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
