About the Role
Jenkins Restorations seeks a Restoration General Manager to lead daily operations, manage personnel, and ensure excellent service for disaster victims. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement office strategy with the management team.
- Manage budget, review profit margins, and address concerns.
- Review and monitor cash collections monthly.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and handle staffing issues.
- Review and submit payroll.
- Forecast staffing needs.
- Ensure facility maintenance.
- Supplement efforts in ESC or small claims as needed.
- Serve as Estimator for large losses.
- Serve as Project Manager for large losses.
- Handle warranty complaints.
- Communicate program changes to the claims management team.
- Monitor and develop program/client relationships with insurance companies.
- Handle field sales and other inquiry phone calls.
- Deal with attorneys on collections and legal matters.
- Approve and submit invoicing.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees in English.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to stand and walk.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places.
- Occasionally exposed to wet/humid conditions, fumes/airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals, electrical shock, and vibration.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Appropriate safety equipment is furnished.
- This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Skills
- Knowledge of industry-related software.
- Ability to touch type.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
