About the Role

The role requires strong Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions within highly regulated environments. Responsibilities align with project leadership practices such as delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and Agile execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an Agile squad of 6 to 8 team members.
  • Drive Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure predictable delivery of business value while maintaining high quality and engineering standards.
  • Track sprint velocity, team capacity, risks, dependencies, and release milestones.
  • Remove delivery impediments and facilitate decision-making across teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technology teams, operations stakeholders, and business leadership.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status reporting, executive updates, and delivery metrics.
  • Coordinate across multiple product teams contributing to the Operations Portal ecosystem.
  • Escalate and resolve delivery challenges in a timely manner.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define workflows supporting human-in-the-loop AI validation.
  • Ensure AI governance, auditability, and operational controls are incorporated into platform capabilities.
  • Support rollout strategies, user adoption, and operational readiness activities.
  • Coach and mentor developers and QE resources on Agile best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
  • Support resource planning, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and delivery governance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and automation opportunities across the SDLC.
  • Work closely with QE teams to ensure comprehensive testing strategies and release readiness.
  • Coordinate releases across environments and stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, and banking technology standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Scrum Master experience.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise web applications and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong risk, dependency, and release management experience.
  • Experience working within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled, analytics, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop workflows, and decision validation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Node.js-based application delivery environments.
  • Experience working with cloud-native architectures and API-driven platforms.

Salary/Compensations

  • 90,000 to 95,652
