About the Role

Schwab's International Trader Service organization, recognized as the best online broker for the last 10 years, is seeking an Inbound International Trader Service Specialist. This role involves working with brokerage clients as a subject matter expert in equities and derivatives (options & futures). The position offers increased exposure to complex client trades and an accelerated growth trajectory, working on first and second shifts.

Responsibilities

Work with brokerage clients as the subject matter expert in equities and derivatives (options & futures).
Provide an outstanding level of service to clients.
Serve as a peer mentor and role model to less tenured and less knowledgeable peers.

Requirements

Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Series 3 license (can be obtained as Condition of Employment).
Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
