About the Role

The Strategy Consulting Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects, identifying, prioritizing, and selecting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with enterprise strategy team members and leadership in the development and execution of strategy projects, identify, prioritize and select strategic initiatives.
• Manage mid-level projects that cross multiple business units while problem-solving difficult challenges with known and unknown solutions.
• Perform advanced analyses with short and long-term views; interpret research and intelligence to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Demonstrate thought leadership, team engagement, and an ability to execute on strategy.
• Provide engagement/project oversight, establish and report on key metrics and measurements, provide general status updates and identify innovation opportunities.
• Facilitate large cross-functional working sessions and meetings to align strategy and plan.
• Provide Continuous Improvement coaching and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS in related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Ability to travel may be required.

Skills

• Healthcare experience preferred
• Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred
• Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis preferred.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with demonstrated project management skills strongly preferred.
