About the Role

As the Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Developer Experience, you will own the execution of core programs that improve how GM builds, secures, and ships software. You will work with engineering leaders and the Developer Experience team to turn priorities into delivered outcomes, running programs with minimal guidance and pulling in leadership at the decision points that matter. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will own specific initiatives end to end, keep them moving across teams, support vendor evaluations, and help developers adopt the tools and practices we invest in. • Structure pilots to produce clear data on productivity and security impact

  • A real focus on making developers more productive
  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Ability to build trust with engineering and IT leaders
