About the Role

Broadway Across America is seeking a part-time National Marketing Associate to support the Communications and Digital Marketing national teams. The ideal candidate will excel in multi-tasking, prioritization, data analysis, communication, and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment, possessing a passion for live entertainment, especially Broadway theater.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting needs, including monthly invoices and expense reports.
• Support the setup of paid digital media campaigns, such as search and paid social.
• Assist with social reporting for season campaigns.
• Manage Monday.com administrative tasks, including assigning design jobs and uploading ad plans.
• Provide assistance with national communications to markets.
• Support administrative reporting needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience building paid digital campaigns within Google, Meta, etc. preferred.
• Experience in Monday.com preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Creativity.
• Highly organized.
• Commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from teammates.
• Ability to effectively communicate with teammates.

• Must possess work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship for a visa.
