Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of Moog’s contractual performance.
- Initiate and maintain sales paperwork manually or on-line for processing repair orders, pricing, terms and conditions and special instructions.
- Prepare price proposals to establish prices and delivery for repairs, overhauls, and inspections upon receipt of inspection results of returned materials and initiate transmittals to the customer for authorization of changes and release of repair orders.
- Organize and maintain up-to-date files, records and logs on all phases of the repair activity.
- Prepare all necessary documents and, on occasion, special certifications and other documents required for Government or customer source controlled hardware and overseas shipments.
- Initiate and expedite all AOG requirements.
- Ensure meeting quoted delivery schedules.
- Serve as Moog’s point of contact with the customer on assigned programs, including customer interaction in a professional, credible manner to enhance opportunity for continued and increased business.
- Review and acknowledge purchase orders with appropriate Moog disciplines to ensure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog’s proposal, and take appropriate action when differences exist between the Moog proposal and the customer order.
- Initiate new and repair job orders.
Requirements
- Typically, an Associate’s degree and at least 5 years of customer service or related experience is preferred.
- This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
