About the Role

Support Zalando's mission to bring high-quality 3D assets online, helping customers find their perfect fit through an innovative Virtual Fitting Room experience. This role is fixed term until August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues and proactively offer support.
• Make inquiries in case of problems, delays, or errors.
• Inform lead or senior colleagues about challenges and required actions.
• Take active part in small-sized meetings within the area of responsibility.
• Take ownership for tasks received from the lead and work on them independently.
• Fit and measure different garments (e.g., Jeans, Shirt, Hoodies).
• Work closely with a Data & Quality Management Specialist.

Requirements

• Possess a Hands-On, Physical Mindset, thriving in a highly operational, physically active environment with a proactive attitude.
• Maintain high quality standards and remain calm under fast-paced or high-pressure conditions.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Have a passion or genuine interest in fashion, garments, and fit.
• Body dimensions must match standard Men's Size 50 / M: Height: 180 cm, Shoulder: 42.8 cm, Chest: 100 cm, Waist: 88 cm, Hip: 102 cm.
