About the Role

Support Zalando's mission to bring high-quality 3D assets online, helping customers find their perfect fit through an innovative Virtual Fitting Room experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for detail, interested in the intersection of fashion and tech. This is a limited contract role until December 31st, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Dress physical mannequins for scanning with 3D scanners.
• Organize products and manage studio workflow for a seamless scanning process.
• Handle downstream processes, from garment reception to finalizing 3D articles for the platform.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and work independently.
• Collaborate with the team, offer support, and participate in team meetings.
• Identify errors or delays and report challenges to leads or senior colleagues.

Requirements

• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Great organizational skills to maintain a structured and efficient studio environment.
• Collaborative spirit with clear communication skills.
• Ability to raise concerns when issues arise.
• Reliable and independent work ethic once tasks are assigned.
