About the Role

You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap for one of our product lines within the WTS Platform. You will conduct product discovery with our service lines and clients, understanding challenges, validating assumptions, and developing solutions. You will work hands-on with prototypes, click paths, data analysis, and AI-driven feasibility tests. You will strategically apply AI, identify relevant use cases, and measure quality and added value. You will prioritize based on business impact and be accountable for the success of your product line through usage, NPS, and business value. You will develop business cases for new initiatives and present them to management. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and tax experts from the service lines.

Responsibilities

Responsible for product vision and roadmap for a WTS Platform product line.
Conduct product discovery with service lines and clients to understand challenges, validate assumptions, and develop solutions.
Work hands-on with prototypes, click paths, data analysis, and AI-driven feasibility tests.
Apply AI strategically, identify relevant use cases, and measure quality and added value.
Prioritize based on business impact and ensure product line success via usage, NPS, and business value.
Develop business cases for new initiatives and present them to management.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and tax experts from service lines.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion in a senior role.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, Platform, or Enterprise environments is ideal.
Proven track record of building and successfully establishing products from scratch.
Understanding of AI-driven products, experience with models, prompts, or agents.
Ability to evaluate the quality of AI-based solutions.
Hands-on approach, including developing prototypes independently.
Proficiency in working with data and possessing basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, data models, SQL).
Entrepreneurial mindset, linking product decisions to business impact, value contribution, and economic success.
Very good German and English language skills.
