About the Role
The Treasury Management Client Services Associate is responsible for delivering excellent client support for a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients using Treasury Management services. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients regarding Treasury Management product inquiries, onboarding support, and ongoing account maintenance. The Associate applies solid product knowledge and understanding of operational controls to support client needs, diagnose and resolve service issues, and contribute to positive client experiences. This position plays an important role in ensuring operational integrity, adherence to risk and control standards, consistent execution of Treasury Management procedures, and delivery of quality client service. The Associate works collaboratively within the Treasury Management team under the direction of Team Leads and management.
Responsibilities
- Provide client training and support for Treasury Management services post-onboarding, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Commercial Cards under the direction of senior staff.
- Respond to Treasury Management client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels in a timely, accurate, and professional manner; maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Support client service delivery by troubleshooting product functionality issues, diagnosing problems, and working to resolve issues while adhering to quality and turnaround time standards.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of new Treasury Management services and products with guidance from senior staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review client documentation, onboarding materials, and service agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Obtain required internal approvals for Treasury Management services and access as directed.
- Proactively address client questions and needs by researching issues, gathering information, and developing solutions; escalate complex matters to Senior Associates or management.
- Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and internal procedures; stay informed of policy and process updates.
- Support internal partners and team members in delivering excellent client outcomes; communicate issues and recommendations to management.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by management, including documentation, reporting, data maintenance, and special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4+ years of prior experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Treasury Management or a similar role within a financial institution.
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple client requests.

- $70,304.00/Yr. - $72,000.00/Yr.
- Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
