About the Role

As a Flex Color Expert, you will contribute to a fun, inclusive, and creative atmosphere that both guests and employees will want to be a part of. This role is ideal for individuals energized by forging genuine connections, driving impactful results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences within a positive, vibrant, and authentically inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique, entertaining, and exceptional guest experiences from beginning to end.
• Confirm reservations, welcome guests, and complete reservations in a timely manner.
• Encourage guests to capture moments and share on social media.
• Follow all Lip Lab standards, operating practices, and GMP guidelines.
• Work closely with the Store Manager, Leads, and the team to ensure a positive, collaborative, and inclusive store environment.
• Work within a diverse team.
• Represent Lip Lab with a high level of professional conduct, embodying Kendo and Lip Lab Values and Principles.

Requirements

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye and passion for artistry and color.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude and generous spirit.
• Open weekend availability, including holidays.
• Comfortable working in front of and with multiple guests throughout the service experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10-50 pounds.
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead and below shoulder level.

Salary/Compensations

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Eligible to earn tips in addition to hourly rate (approx. $7 - $9 per hour)
