About the Role
Collective Health is transforming how employers and their people engage with health benefits by integrating technology, service, and user experience design. This role involves defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims, leading a team of product managers, and ensuring high-fidelity adjudication and payment integrity for our proprietary claims processing engine.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and frameworks to elevate their output, professional growth, and strategic thinking.
- Define and drive the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Core TPA Claims, identifying new product opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient feature delivery.
- Own the strategy for the proprietary claims processing engine, ensuring high-fidelity adjudication, payment integrity, and seamless integration.
- Influence engineering, UX, sales, marketing, operations, and client success to gain buy-in for initiatives and surface market insights.
- Establish and refine product best practices, ensuring teams have defined metrics and support for execution.
- Proactively solve complex architectural and business problems to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable healthcare products.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology with a track record of executing major product opportunities.
- Demonstrated people management skills, including direct management, team leadership, or significant mentoring of senior-level PMs.
- Deep domain expertise in Healthcare Claims End-to-End processing, including adjudication, repricing, routing, TPA cost-containment initiatives, and payments.
- Strong Healthcare EDI Experience with emphasis on X12 Claim (837) and Remittance (835) Transactions and related Healthcare data exchange.
- Expert communication skills, with the ability to navigate executive-level discussions and represent the company as a subject matter expert.
- Deep expertise in managing and analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and define success metrics.
- Ability to thrive in highly regulated environments (HIPAA, ERISA, etc.) while maintaining agility to innovate.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

- Lehi, UT Pay Range $138,000—$172,500 USD
