About the Role
This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent golf course conditions. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to fill the Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Position!
Responsibilities
- Work Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm with 1 weekend shift from 6am-10am
- Mowing of approaches, tees, greens, and rough areas
- Raking, weeding, and other maintenance of sand bunkers
- Repairing ball marks and seeding divots
- Repairing, soiling, and seeding areas
- Watering of turfgrass
- Repairing of paths and roadways
- General trimming of property areas and landscaped areas
- Cleaning of grounds and related equipment
- Cleaning of ground shop and related areas
- All other grounds and building maintenance activities that need to be accomplished
- Responsible for assisting in presenting an organized and professional maintenance facility compound.
Requirements
- Must be very organized and focused on accomplishing assignments
- Must be able to arrive for very early morning start times that vary based on sunrise and golf event start times
- Ability to perform the physical duties associated with the mowing and maintenance of a large property, a golf course, and grounds features.
