Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market efforts aligning Okta’s identity platform with key AMER and global partner business strategies.
- Create scalable sales plays, positioning frameworks, and enablement assets for joint value propositions.
- Support cross-functional product launches and solution rollouts with GSI and Channel partners.
- Develop partner-specific value propositions, solution overviews, pitch decks, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Enablement to plan and execute internal and external enablement materials.
- Author partner-branded content such as solution briefs, customer case studies, and blog posts.
- Partner with Campaigns, Field, and AR/PR to amplify GSI and Channel narratives.
- Support executive comms and partner events with messaging and content.
- Ensure partner program materials align with product and GTM strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing, Partner/Channel Marketing, or a GTM Strategy role.
- Strong experience working with or supporting Global System Integrators (GSI) and Channel partners.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging and enablement for technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated success in launching partner GTM programs that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Adept at managing ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and balancing strategic with tactical execution.

- $126,000—$172,700 USD (California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Washington)
- $108,000—$148,000 CAD (Canada)
