About the Role
Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking friendly and reliable Customer Service Associates to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, staying busy, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- Ring up sales using a modern POS system, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cards
- Upsell promotions and assist customers in locating products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both interior and exterior
- Operate and maintain food and beverage machines
- Restock and rotate merchandise using the FIFO method
- Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures
- Assist customers with pump, car wash, or air hose services
- Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and safe deposits
- Comply with all age-restricted sale laws
- Complete all required training and shift duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
