About the Role
Carvana is seeking experienced Autobody Preppers to join their team. In this role, you will be expected to train other autobody technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding/stapling, heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, stud welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment
- Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
