About the Role
Develop the next generation of recommendation engines, conversational AI experiences, and personalization models for a large-scale digital platform. Combine machine learning, recommender systems, and Generative AI to solve customer problems and deliver commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models for personalized customer experiences.
- Work on recommendation algorithms, retrieval systems, and LLM-powered conversational AI.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and MLOps teams to move ideas from experimentation to production.
- Shape technical best practices, championing robust experimentation, high-quality code, and scalable machine learning systems.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Python.
- Excellent understanding of machine learning, statistical modelling, and experimental design.
- Experience developing and deploying end-to-end machine learning products into production.
- Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, or conversational AI products is advantageous.
