About the Role

This role will support the execution of Women's and Men's fixtures and key activations at Emirates Stadium, ensuring an outstanding matchday atmosphere and positive supporter experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee matchday production preparation, including assisting the delivery of the matchday show, as well as internal and external activations.
  • Support with scheduling and matchday operations, working alongside various matchday teams.
  • Strive for continuous improvement to enhance the end-to-end supporter experience.
  • Help to shape key club moments that resonate with the global supporter base.
  • Assist the Supporter Experience team in delivering best-in-class touchpoints for supporters and other groups.
  • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safety-conscious mindset, understanding internal protocols and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees of matchdays and events.

Requirements

  • Track record in a similar hospitality and customer service role.
  • Experience in planning and delivering major events within sport or entertainment.
  • Proven experience in managing a varied workload in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks.
