About the Role
This role involves coordinating retail fronts to build the image of a smoke-free brand and inspire legal-age smokers and nicotine users to convert to smoke-free alternatives by explaining their benefits and purpose. Brand Ambassadors will operate in specific venues and events, providing an exceptional consumer experience and contributing to a smoke-free future.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product knowledge, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Deliver high-touch retail service, including greeting customers, uncovering needs, educating, recommending, and supporting conversion decisions.
- Execute retail operations, including transactions, order processing, inventory stocking, and managing payment information.
- Develop strong customer relationships in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
- Educate customers on brand values and product features.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards.
- Submit detailed end-of-shift reports to leadership daily.
- Achieve KPIs to earn performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- Relevant state, local, and national regulatory and legal guidelines concerning tobacco consumption.
- Company guidelines on the marketing of NCAs to legal-aged consumers.
- Effective communication techniques and appropriate time management principles.
- Understanding of logistical operations.
- Operational procedures including processing payments, stocking product, and maintaining customer payment information.

- Licensed driver with a good driving record.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in brand building activities (Events, Hotel/Restaurant, Nightlife Industry).
- Multiple experiences in Sales/Customer service roles (Hospitality, solution or consumer focused selling/customer service, retail or field sales experience).
- Experience in consumer management.
- Experience in building & managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within select market area.
- Ability to lift objects of at least fifty (50) pounds.
