About the Role
Join our Oracle Consulting services team as a key player in Oracle ERP Cloud technology implementations. You will help clients transform business functions, achieve maximum value from their cloud investments, and manage risk effectively. Work with cutting-edge technologies on projects that shape the future of major organizations, contributing to new opportunities and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream for Oracle ERP Cloud projects, transforming client processes in procurement, supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing, and payment.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams of consultants across various locations, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure successful delivery of the P2P workstream, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and providing leadership in solution design, delivery, governance, and deployment.
- Partner with client leadership to drive delivery, resolve blockers, and enable successful business adoption.
- Implement effective programme governance through proactive risk and issue management, executive reporting, and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle Procurement and Payables Cloud capabilities, including configuration and deployment within complex transformation programs.
- Understanding of interactions with other Oracle applications and platform components.
- Strong understanding of best-practice Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and associated Oracle Cloud design, configuration, and implementation options.
- Full lifecycle experience of at least 3 Oracle Procurement and Payables (P2P) Cloud implementations.
- Understanding of end-to-end process and data interactions across various Oracle modules.
- Experience working with Finance, Shared Services, and Procurement stakeholders to design and implement integrated P2P operating models.
- Must be able to be SC cleared.
- Demonstrable experience in building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to design and document end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions.
- Experience planning and leading Oracle workstreams through the full project lifecycle.
- Experience leading integration and data migration activities.
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques.
- Experience leading workshops, design authority sessions, and executive decision-making forums.
- Oracle Certification.
