About the Role
Rox is building the second full-time member of its Talent team to operate and build the function alongside the Head of Talent. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, building sourcing pipelines with AI tooling, running interviews, managing partner relationships, creating recruiting tools, owning reporting, representing Rox at events, and dogfooding the Rox product.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, technical, and cross-functional roles
- Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling
- Run structured interviews and contribute to hiring bar calibration
- Manage agency and partner relationships end to end
- Build and ship internal recruiting tools and automations
- Own reporting and pipeline visibility for hiring teams and leadership
- Represent Rox at events, on calls, and in every candidate touchpoint
- Get hands-on with the Rox product itself, including regular dogfooding
Requirements
- Strong GTM instinct to complement a technical hiring background
- Operator mentality, willing to build and define the role
- Focus on high-impact and leverage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to treat people well
- Comfort working across modern recruiting tools: Ashby, Slack, Notion, and AI-native workflows
- Proven track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity
- Desire to grow into owning significant parts of the Talent function
