  • Promote reusable patterns, coding standards, and CI/CD practices suitable for Databricks and Power BI environments.
  • Deliver Power BI semantic models, datasets, and dashboards, supporting scalable reporting and role-based data access.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and trends, proposing recommendations to address gaps, optimize resources, and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business issues, utilizing a variety of structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Ensure data-driven recommendations are presented in a concise, impactful manner suitable for executive audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across strategy teams, analytics, product, channels, and other internal groups.
  • Liaise with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and facilitate effective decision-making.

Requirements

  • Design and deliver user-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • Work with large datasets and proficient with analytics tools/concepts such as Databricks, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and medallion architecture.
  • Highly skilled in data modeling and analytics.
